The ITHACA Superarchive is a digital environment collecting and enhancing narratives and records on and of migration in the past and in the presente.

The ITHACA superarchive aims at becoming a reference digital space for different kinds of users: scholars, who will find innovative and first-rank research on migrations as well as new archives of migrant narratives to exploit; practitioners (ngos, teachers, volunteers involved in the assistance and support of migrant agency) who will have fresh knowledge and tools to improve their projects, actions and management; policy makers who will have at their disposal research.

Moreover, and in first instance, the ITHACA Superarchive is designed in strict cooperation with stakeholders, practitioners and migrants themselves: in particular, migrant communities and individuals will be involved in the creation, through interviews conducted with the user-centered experience methodology, aiming also to inform the research on the media role in the dissemination of narratives on and of migrations.
