BCM2021 Online Event: Women, Memory, and Resistance after the Colonial Past

On Friday, 19th of November, 2021 at 17:30 (CET), the Horizon 2020 project ITHACA – Interconnecting Histories and Archives for Migrant Agency: Entangled Narratives Across Europe and the Mediterranean Region, will participate in Bookcity Milano 2021, in the framework of the online event entitled “Women, Memory, and Resistance after the Colonial Past”.

Monica Massari for the University of Milan, will chair a discussion aimed at presenting the last book of Italian-Somali writer, poet, and activist Ubah Cristina Ali Farah “Le stazioni della luna” (66thand22nd, 2021) and discussing issues related to migration, intercultural relations, and postcolonial memory with Ubah Cristina, Laura Lori from the Melbourne University, and Lara Ricci from Il Sole 24 ore.
